Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) – a taste of freedom
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a practical self-help tool that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as "tapping".
It helps us tune in to the negative patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings or troubling memories. We tap on the pressure points while bringing the thought or emotions into consciousness. The aim is to find relief, relaxation and promote healing around the emotional and physical issues that hold us back.
It is a treatment tool for anxieties, fears, trauma, procrastination, addictions, weight loss and much more: a gentle highly effective way to transform any issues blocking emotional happiness or personal achievement.
The EFT Centre has been setting the standard for quality, ethical training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) since 2004. All their courses are delivered by EFT Founding Masters Sue Beer and Emma Roberts and are fully accredited by EFT International, the largest worldwide supervisory body for EFT.
