V Holistic Co-therapy recognises that the mind and body are unified and the Western culture of being told what to do has limited success. V Holistic Therapy was created on this premise and uses a coaching approach to health and wellbeing and utilises therapies from Eastern cultures such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Integrated Energy Techniques (IET) to offer an unique service which is personalised to you.
